St Paul’s Fit is a high-intensity functional exercise programme designed to prepare students for any physical challenge. Training includes major lifts (deadlift, clean, squat, presses, etc.), gymnastics basics (pull-ups, rope climbs, handstands), and endurance activities (bike, run, swim, row). The focus is on varied, intense workouts, avoiding routine to maximize fitness. This code is available for both juniors and seniors.
Schedule
Trainings are Tuesday and Thursday from 3.45 pm – 5.00 pm held at CrossFit Te Rapa
