Open your home for a global experience

Being part of a homestay experience for an international students is an experience of a lifetime.

We welcome members of our community to join our homestay programme at St Paul’s Collegiate School by hosting our international students. 

Options for hosting

  • Day students stay full-time 
  • Boarding students for Exeat (extended) weekends and some term breaks

As a host, you would have the unique opportunity to share the warmth, traditions, and vibrant culture of New Zealand with students from across the globe. In return, your family will gain enriching insights into diverse cultures, making memorable experiences. 

Homestay renumeration for 2025

  • Day Students: $360 per week (includes lunch provided at school)
  • Boarding Students: $60 per day (during exeat breaks and other holidays)
  • Term Breaks: $395 per week for both day and boarding students staying in New Zealand
