Fees for domestic students

Below are the annual fees for 2026 (inclusive of GST) for New Zealand domestic students, which includes the following:

• New Zealand citizens;
• Students from Cook Islands, Tokelau or Niue who are New Zealand citizens;
• Australian citizens, permanent residents of Australia;
• The holder of a residence permit under the Immigration Act 1987;
• Persons exempt from the requirement to hold a residence permit under the Immigration Act 1987.

Annual other fees and charges

In addition, Fees are billed in ten monthly installments and are payable by the 20th of the following month. Other fees and charges are payable on the 20th of the month following the date incurred. Interest is charged on overdue accounts at a rate determined by the Board of Trustees.

Parents’ Association fee

All current families are charged a Parents’ Association fee each year they attend St Paul’s. This fee, along with fundraising activities by the Parents’ Association, provides amenities for the school and assistance to individuals, teams, class groups or houses to assist with the cost of school-related activities. Parents’ Association fees are billed annually over 10 months.

Collegians’ Association fee

All current families are charged an annual Collegians’ Association fee for each child attending St Paul’s. Upon graduating or leaving the school, students become Collegians for life and are no longer required to pay this fee. Collegians’ Association fees are billed annually over 10 months.

Additional costs

Parents should also allow for additional charges on the school account for additional items, for example:

• Sports levies
• Itinerant music lessons
• Curriculum software
• Uniform (sport and school)

Payment plans (direct debit or automatic payments)

• Payment can be made by direct debit or automatic payment from your bank account as payments of 10 equal monthly; 20 equal fortnightly; or 40 equal weekly amounts.
• The first 10 monthly payments must commence on 20 January 2026 prior to the term starting. 
• Adjustments to the amount paid for any disbursements incurred may be made during the year, but must be paid in full by 20 December 2026.
