Mrs Willson joined the St Paul’s community in 2026 and serves as the first point of contact at the Student Services reception. As a qualified Clinical Naturopath with a Bachelor of Natural Medicine, she brings a wealth of experience in holistic wellbeing and is deeply passionate about supporting young people as they navigate their health and wellness journeys.

Mrs Sandra Ardern joined St Paul’s in 2018, joining from Hamilton Boys’ High School. She works in the PE Office, supporting staff and students with sporting and extra-curricular enquiries and administration.
Mrs Ardern enjoys working as part of a busy school environment and takes pride in providing practical support to the wider school community.
Outside of school, Mrs Ardern is a keen walker and enjoys spending time with her family.

Mrs Nerroly Hay joined St Paul’s in 2022, bringing significant experience across sales, marketing, and management. Her background includes leadership roles within global and national brands, with expertise in brand development, sales, and relationships.
Mrs Hay enjoys contributing to a school environment and values strong connections within the wider community.
Mrs Hay studied at the University of Waikato and has a long-standing connection to the Waikato region.
Outside of school, Mrs Hay enjoys sport and marketing and has a strong interest in hockey. She enjoys spending time with her family, supporting school sports, and going to the beach.

Melissa Good joined St Paul’s in 2021 as a Graphic Designer, bringing experience from customer-facing roles in hospitality and retail prior to moving into the creative industry.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Media Arts, specialising in Graphic Design, from Wintec in Hamilton. She enjoys contributing to the visual identity of the school and supporting communications through thoughtful and creative design.
Outside of work, Melissa is a keen movie and music enthusiast, with a particular interest in rock music and loves cats. She plays the drums and enjoys spending time with her partner.

Mrs Hayley Yorke joined St Paul’s in 2017 as a Special Projects Coordinator, supporting the digitisation of the school’s archives in preparation for the 60th anniversary. She continues to care for the school’s archival collections and ensures the digital archive is well resourced, accurately catalogued, and maintained to a high standard.
Mrs Yorke also supports the Collegians community through coordination of the mentoring programme and plays a key role in events delivered by the Marketing and Engagement team. She values preserving the school’s history while supporting strong connections across the wider St Paul’s community.
Outside of work, Mrs Yorke is passionate about family and enjoys travelling and exploring new places.

Mrs Suzanne Miller joined St Paul’s in 2016 as Collegians Executive Officer. She has a strong background in communications and has worked in communication-focused roles throughout her career. During her time in the Collegians role, she worked closely with the Collegians community and played a key role in digitising the school’s archives, as well as supporting the development of historical trails and the school timeline.
Mrs Miller later returned to St Paul’s to join the Marketing and Engagement team, where she works across communications, events, and Collegians engagement. She continues to work closely with the Collegians Executive Team and values strengthening connections between past and present members of the St Paul’s community.
Mrs Miller holds a Graduate Diploma in Communications from the University of Waikato.
Outside of work, Mrs Miller has a strong interest in history, craft, and creativity. She is passionate about family and faith and enjoys roles that celebrate heritage, community, and service.

Mr Max Nasmith started at St Paul’s in 2026, joining from self-employment as a visual artist. Prior to this, he worked in the trades, including time as an electrical apprentice, and also works part-time in retail with a focus on fashion and sustainability.
Mr Nasmith is passionate about contemporary art and creative practice. He brings a broad skill set across painting, sculpture, collage, and photography, and values supporting students to develop their own creative voice.
Mr Nasmith holds a Bachelor of Contemporary Art from Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec).
Outside of school, Mr Nasmith devotes much of his time to his studio practice. He also enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

Mrs Joanne Harmon started at St Paul’s in 2026, joining from a range of roles across secondary education and the travel industry. She brings extensive experience from girls’ schools, including work as a Senior Dean, International Dean, and as part of both teaching and boarding communities, before spending time as a travel agent driven by her interest in people, places, and cultures.
Mrs Harmon is passionate about pastoral care and building strong relationships with students so they feel supported and connected within the school community. She values working closely with students and families to help young people thrive both academically and socially.
Mrs Harmon holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Japanese from the University of Canterbury, a Diploma of Teaching (Secondary) from Christchurch College of Education, and a Boarding Schools’ Association Certificate through Tiaki Taiohi. Outside of school, Mrs Harmon enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her dog, gardening, reading, watching films, and travelling around New Zealand and further afield. She enjoys being part of a school community and working alongside students and colleagues.

Mrs Aimee Wilson started at St Paul’s in 2026, joining from Hukanui School, where she worked for five years supporting teachers and working closely with students with additional learning needs.
Mrs Wilson brings valuable experience in student support and enjoys contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment. She values working alongside staff and families to support students in their learning and wellbeing.
Mrs Wilson completed her education in Zimbabwe and brings a broad international perspective to her work, having also lived in England before settling in New Zealand. Outside of school, Mrs Wilson enjoys being social and trying new things. She and her family enjoy camping and spending time with friends.

Josh King joined St Paul's Collegiate School in 2025, bringing his expertise from New Era Technology in Wellington, where he provided IT support to schools as a contractor.
Josh studied Computer Science in Wellington and hails from the Hauraki Plains. At St Paul's, his role includes IT support across software, hardware, and sound needs.
