HGHS started off very well and we were very slow out of the blocks. They scored four quick goals (inside eight minutes) before we settled into a pattern and became more competitive. Although we were able to penetrate their defensive quarter we were unable to breech their defense. They scored twice more before half time. Our girls stuck to the task but conceded a further three goals in the second half.
