At St Paul’s, we take pride in ensuring that our students have an enriching experience. Our commitment to maintaining small class sizes is unique to St Paul’s and allows our educators to cultivate strong, meaningful connections with each student, ensuring the delivery of tailored educational programmes that align with individual academic needs. Students have the opportunity for extra tuition before or after school from teachers while boarding students have Prep each evening after dinner with tutors who help with homework.
Celebrating academic success regularly in assemblies and with badges and ties of honour are some of the ways that students are acknowledged for academic success. To learn more about the academic programme and results at St Paul’s, see our academic page here.
Our Year 11 programme is uniquely St Paul’s with a specialised curriculum tailored to meet the needs of students as they prepare for NCEA Level 12 and 13. The St Paul’s Diploma reflects the students' key learning outcomes and active involvement in various areas of school life, academia, co-curricular, special character, service, and maatauranga Maaori.
