St Pauls' continued their excellent recent form in the Waikato Valley club competition with a good win over Hinuera. Bowling first St Paul's bowled good lines and lengths but had an off day in the field as a number of chances went down or were missed due to slowness to react. Eventually Hinuera were bowled out for 148 with Declan Keaney the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets, Tom Yarrall and Bede Higgens 2 wickets each.
St Paul's then reached the target 4 wickets down with Dillon Kelliher 39 and Chris Swanson 59 not out batting well. This result puts St Paul's into the Waikato Valley mens final in 3 weeks time.
