In the first half the 1st XI moved the ball to space with some accurate passing but struggled to take all of their opportunities in the opposition circle. The offensive worked hard attack and were finally rewarded with three goals.

In the second half St Paul’s continued to attack the opposition goal, and they were again rewarded with another three goals.
The Rosehill College defended well to negate the offensive effort of St Paul’s team.
Jonathan Bloor was rewarded for his efforts by scoring a hat trick of goals, Daniel Scanlon scored two goals and Conor Shalloe scored one goal.
The final score 6- win to St Pauls.
The 1st XI team were disappointed with their mental preparation and lack of urgency during the game.
