St Paul’s 1st XI played with purpose and direction. We controlled the game from the onset by holding on to the ball and passing into space which provided lots of opportunities to attack the opposition goal. However, we struggled to put the ball into the net.
The half time score 4 – 0.
In the second half St Paul’s continued to score goals but once again the team struggled to put away the weaker opposition by only scoring 5 more goals.
The team will need to improve on their attacking skills within the opposition circle.
The final score 9 -0 win to St Paul’s.
