St Paul’s 1st XI adapted well to the slippery turf at Tauranga Boys' College. The team played with cohesion and skill. The half time score was 2 – nil to St Paul’s. In the second half St Paul’s continued to attack the opposition goal but failed to take their opportunities in the circle.
Overall, a good result with the whole team executing the team tactics for most of the game and retaining the Tauranga Boys' College vs St Paul's Collgiate trophy.
