This was a very pleasing performance from the point of view of putting into practice skills learnt. The girls went out hard from the first whistle and scored twice through Tara Vishwanath inside 6 minutes. Sacred Heart scored next but we kept pressurising to score twice more through Ella Strack and Tara.

The girls worked more on width in the second half and created many more scoring opportunities. We were able to score 4 further goals (2 each to Roxanne Dow and Tara).
Well done Tara, on scoring 5 goals from her left wing position and well done to our players of the day – our two inners Ella and Roxanne. An 8 – 1 win!
