The game was played in good spirits on a very bouncy pitch. St Paul's dominated the game with HBHS struggling to keep up with the intensity and skill of St Paul's.
In the first half St Paul's scored three goals, one from Rueben Andrews and two goals from Max Wyndham-Smith. Both players displayed excellent stick skills to score the goals. Half time score: 3-nil.
The team lifted their intensity in the second half, through greater pressure on the opposition that produced more turn overs. Individual passing improved which allowed cohesion and better scoring opportunities. Daniel Sarikaya scored one goal and Daniel Scanlon two goals in the second half. All three goals were unstoppable due to the accuracy and speed of the ball.
Final score : 6- 0 Win to St Paul's
