A game of two halves - Wairarapa played with great speed and intensity and put St Paul’s under immense pressure which showed with Wairarapa taking a 2-1 lead at half time, which could have been a lot more.
In the second half with sun behind them St Paul’s came out playing their best hockey of the tournament. They put enormous pressure on the opposition to score a goal to draw the game 2-all.
