Super Proud of The Girl's this week, it was a difficult game, both teams wanted the win!
What a difference a week makes! Saturday saw the St Paul's Girl's Lacrosse take on Matamata for a second week in a row in the semi final, playing for a place in the final. With a loss still on their mind from last Saturday the St Paul's Girl's came out firing scoring a goal within the first two minutes of the game. It was then a further 19 minutes before the St Paul's Girl's scored again. Once the Girl's were 2 goals up the game flowed nicely with the Girl's working hard as a team and ending with a final score of 9-2 to St Paul's, securing a place in the finals next Saturday. Caitlin Tidmarsh was player of the day for her incredible defensive play in keeping Matamata out.
