Playing Dio 2nds our girls 1st XI were soon on the back foot down two penalty corners goals early in the first half before they settled into some better hockey which was finally rewarded just before half time with a penalty corner goal to Maddy Tims. The second half the girls began strongly and soon had the equaliser goal through Sukhneet Kaur Rehill. While continuing to play good hockey neither team could break the deadlock leaving the final score 2 all.
