The girls played St Peter's first XI in an evenly fought tussle where St Peter's won the first half, 1-0 and St Paul's came back in the second half with some excellent team play being finished off by Sukhneet Kaur Rehill to have the game end in a 1-1 draw. A penalty shootout was then required which saw Lizzie Mahoney and Tyler Steer score, matching St Peter's two goals out of 5, so the shootout went to sudden death with St Peter's the final victor 3-2. The girls now head into the Midlands competition.
