The Girls’ 1st XI had a hard game against tough opposition from Fraser High School who came out fighting straight away. The first half was fought strongly but 4 goals was scored by Fraser. Bo Jacobsen played a great role as goal keeper and saved a number of goals on the line once our defensive line was broken. A strong game from Brittany Griffin, Emi Ng and Kacey Diggelmann up front saw St Paul's have a number of attempts on goal, but unfortunately we could not convert.
However, in the second half the girls pulled together and their defence was strong. Anuradha Jogia who is new to soccer, gave her all and was fearless in her attack, playing well, passing to the forwards, but unfortunately they could not break the tough defence of Fraser.
