With no training or games over the holidays, the U16 development was ready for a tough game against St George’s College from Argentina. However, their nerves were soon settled, with St Paul’s scoring three tries in the first half. St George’s started the second half better, scoring quickly from a St Paul’s error. However, Temple Beauchamp scored two brilliant, individual long range tries to seal the game for St Paul’s in what was a comfortable win. Strong performances came from Lachie Finch, Luke Donaldson, James Webster and Temple Beauchamp.
