In the first half the game was very close with both teams having opportunities. St Paul’s who were dominating possession, territory and set piece couldn’t quite get across the line despite numerous attempts. Finally they broke the seal, with Luke Donaldson scoring a well work team try late in the half.
In the 2nd half St Paul’s improved, and started to apply the pressure with tries to Will Poritt and an excellent length of the field try to Mathew Caskie.
Aaron Humble had a good day with the boot also.
