1st Grading game of the season.
Boys High had most of the run of play in the first half, but due to the outstanding efforts by Jasom and Zak in defense and the skills of our goalkeeper, Jack Morton, they were keep scoreless. Our boys took advantage of their opportunities and from a free kick Owen Comber scored which took us to half time 1-0 up. The bigger more athletic Boys High team put more pressure on in the second half and scored two goals. We were still in the game and our gritty determination was rewards when a great pass by George Ott put Patrick Dowd through to score the equalizing goal. Final goal 2-2 draw.
