All new clothing items purchased from the School Shop that is returned will either be exchanged or credited to your school account as long as the item is in a re-saleable condition (unworn and unnamed with tags attached and/or in the item’s original packaging). All items must be returned with proof of purchase and within 14 days from the date of purchase or at the discretion of the School Shop manager.
Products supplied by the School Shop are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that applies to faulty workmanship or product malfunction within one year from the purchase date. Product misuse or poor product maintenance is not covered by this warranty.
Any items returned for a warranty claim will be sent to the supplier immediately to determine whether the item is faulty/malfunctioned or if it has been misused. Any product that is found to be faulty will be replaced or credited, at the discretion of the School Shop manager. Any item that has been deemed as misused or not maintained to the manufacturer’s specifications will not receive a credit or refund.
