Terms & conditions for sale of event tickets
- Payments made through the St Paul’s Collegiate School account are processed through the secure Windcave Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the Windcave system. No credit card information is stored by St Paul’s Collegiate School and Payment Express protects personal information – at a minimum – to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS”).
- Tickets must be presented at the event to gain admittance.
- Tickets are non-refundable except where required by New Zealand law. If a refund is to be made by law, St Paul’s may, to the extent permitted by the law, retain any transaction and booking fees that have been charged.
- If an event is postponed for any reason and you are offered a replacement ticket or a refund then you must present your ticket. If you fail to present your original tickets then a new ticket will not be issued or the refund will not take place. In the instance of a refund, reimbursements will be the cost of ticket less the cost of booking and transaction fees.
- If the event is cancelled then a refund will be administered. A refund can only be provided upon the presentation of ticket(s). Refunds will be the cost of ticket (s) less the cost of booking and transaction fees.
- Late arrival to the venue may result in a seating delay until a suitable break in the event.
- The right of admission is reserved and subject to our, the organisers, terms of admission.
- We, the organiser, have the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute any artist or performer.
- We, the organiser, reserve the right to change event start times, event dates, door times, seating layouts, venue capacity, pricing and other event details.
- If there is evidence of ticket fraudulence then we, the organiser, has the right to refuse entry.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
